We met through our mutual friends 7 years ago and the friendship grew into the best friendship one could ask for, your life partner
What made you choose The Duke of Marlborough?
Russell holds a special place for us and the Duke is a beautiful landmark. It is picturesque on the Russell town road. When you think of Russell you think of the waterfront and the Duke. We also went to a wedding at the Duke 3.5 years ago and loved it
What are your wedding highlights?
The food! Wow! Sooooo yummy and the variety of drinks was fantastic. The staff were awesome carrying out everything we needed and were very accommodating. They were also fantastic in helping our DJ setup which was another big highlight of the night. Also everything about the garden and the views. The Duke is situated so beautifully.
If you could give one tip to couples ahead of their big day, what would it be?
A meeting in person during the planning and finalising process was what sealed it for us. It tied everything together. We felt much more relaxed in organising the event because of these meetings.
